Empire Arcadia returns from Toryuken 2 in Toronto Canada as champions. Down 4 to 5 on Saturday evening in the 5 v 5 exhibition of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, EMP had to make up for the loss of ground the following day in the major singles competition. With Canada's line up of Chi-Rithy, Jozhear, Snafoo, Goa and Mr. Trite the Empire was in a up hill battle to make the come back needed to repeat it's victory from 2006. Maxter and Kor did their jobs in defeating Canada's finest in Injustice: Gods Among Us and Tekken Tag Tournament despite falling short from winning each respective titles.

One week after Kevin "Dieminion" Landon announced at Winter Brawl 7 for his return to Empire Arcadia, Michael Mendoza also known as "In Full Control" IFC Yipes announced at the Next Level Arcade during Battle Circuit #9 that he would no longer be apart of the competitive gaming team Brokentier and will return home to Empire Arcadia in where he will be apart of Empire Arcadia's "VxG Elite" team of gamers moving forward in 2013.

In his first International Tournament since returning back to the Empire, Dieminion wasted no time making over to World Game Cup 2013 after winning Super Street Figther 4: Arcade Edition ver. 2012 teams at Winter Brawl 7 with his team mates and brothers Jeron "Hiro" Grayson and Sanford "Santhrax" Kelly. This was Dieminion's first return trip to France since his 2011 victory at World Game Cup. The journey was long and not only was he the only United States Player he was the only Empire Arcadia member there to compete. Dieminion however has been in this position before.

During Winter Brawl 7, a Road to Evo 2013 and destination VXG 2013 qualifier; Hold Back to Block held a interview with veteran member of Empire Arcadia and recently placed 1st in Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition ver. 2012 teams and 4th in Street Fighter x Tekken 2013 at Winter Brawl 7: Jeron Grayson. During the Winter Brawl 7 weekend Empire Arcadia has made several strategic moves throughout the fighting game community. One of those moves was for (FNEX) FightNation EX to fall under the unbrella brand franchise of Empire Arcadia. In 2011, Founder and CEO of Empire Arcadia Isaiah TriForce Johsnon suspended Empire Arcadia's Fighting Game Division due to internal problems with players inside its FGD. Kevin "Dieminion" Landon a 10 year verteran of the organization took leave from Empire Arcadia hours after the announcement. He has since been on his own until at Winter Brawl 6 of 2012, BrokenTier and Dieminion agreed to a 1 year contract to play under their brand.
